Jack Hall Memorial Housing Waipahu (Jack Hall Waipahu) was constructed in 1979 by the ILWU, a multi-family affordable apartment complex in Waipahu with 144 units. Acquired in 2021 by Ahe, approximately ten million dollars have been invested in renovating the interiors. New kitchen cabinetry and countertops, new windows and vinyl flooring.
