Projected to be complete Q2 2024, Kai Olino will provide 46 units of affordable housing for the people of Kaua’i, including four units specifically for families experiencing homelessness. Overlooking Port Allen and Hanapepe Bay, this site is surrounded by the beauty for which this island is well known.

Kai Olino is about ten minutes distant from the nearby Eleele Shopping Center, and half that to a bus stop with connections to the southern half of the island. Kai Olino is planned for LEED Platinum certification for more efficient resource usage and a more harmonious integration with the nearby community and environment.

There are two structures, each three stories tall in Phase 1.
