A part of the County of Kaua'i’s Lima Ola Workforce Housing Development, there are two phases providing a total of 95 affordable apartments in service of the needs of working families and seniors. The project is estimated to be completed Q4 2024. It serves a range of incomes; affordable units are available from 30% of the AGMI (Area Gross Median Income) up to 80% AGMI.

Amenities include three community gardens, exercise equipment dispersed through common areas and easy access to the Kaua’i Bus with hourly service heading both westward to Kekaha and eastward to Lihue. Laundry machines are provided in-unit for seniors and the 3-bedroom multi-family units. A communal laundry is also available. The nearest shopping center is only a 4-minute bicycle ride.

Phase 1, meant for working families, mostly consists of thirty-six (36) 2-bedroom units, with five (5) 1-bedroom units and four (4) 3-bedroom units. Phase 2 consists of forty (40) 1-bedroom units for seniors. One last unit belongs to the resident manager, and is 2-bedroom.
